Thank you for visiting our store. We are a small handmade business based in Ukraine, and each glass piece is carefully handmade and packed for safe delivery.

Processing Time

All of our products are handmade to order or carefully prepared for shipment.

Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received.

Some handmade or custom pieces may require additional time. If your order requires more time than usual, we will contact you with an estimated shipping date.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship our handmade glass products internationally from Ukraine.

Available shipping destinations may vary depending on the product, destination country, and current shipping conditions.

If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us before placing your order.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after your order has been shipped:

• Europe: approximately 7–14 business days
• United States & Canada: approximately 10–25 business days
• Other international destinations: approximately 10–30 business days

These are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

International shipments may take longer due to customs clearance, holidays, weather, transportation delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package size, weight, and available shipping method.

Any shipping charges applicable to your order will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

Please check your country's import regulations before placing an international order.

Fragile Items

Our products are made of glass and are carefully packed using protective packaging designed to reduce the risk of damage during transportation.

However, shipping fragile handmade products involves some risk.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged product
• Photos of the packaging, including the outer box
• Any other relevant information about the damage

Please keep the original packaging until the issue has been resolved, as it may be required for a shipping claim.

We will review the situation and work with you to find an appropriate solution.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the selected shipping carrier.

If the tracking information has not been updated for an extended period or the package appears to be lost, please contact us and we will assist you in contacting the carrier.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including customs processing, weather, strikes, transportation disruptions, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

If you notice an error in your address, contact us as soon as possible.

If your order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to update the address.

If the order has already been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer's responsibility.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us because it was refused, unclaimed, or the shipping address was incorrect, please contact us.

If the package can be reshipped, additional shipping charges may apply.
